Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the Centre independently and responsibly
• Lead, Plan and effectively organize staff and resources together:
• Develop and deliver school curriculum in accordance to Centre’s beliefs and Montessori education
• Develop strategies and assist the Management team to market and expand school’s student enrolment
• Support and mentor teachers to supervise and evaluate children/students’ learning and development
• Build great communication and rapport with parents: Handle feedbacks
• Perform administrative tasks as required
• Ensure safety guidelines and ECDA regulations are met
• Responsible for the school’s overall general performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood – Leadership or its equivalent
• Other qualifications prior to at least 3 years of relevant supervisory experiences.
• Proficient in the English Language
• Familiar with Montessori education structure
• Independent, responsible and able to multitask
• Excellent management and interpersonal skills
• Passion & Dedication to develop, nurture and motivate pre-schoolers and staff.

• Handle children/students with firmness, patience, empathy and care
• Provide personalized Montessori-focused teaching methods that cater to individual’s learning needs
• Prepare enrichment materials and worksheets if required
• Deliver planned timetable, keep track of learning progress and maximise children/students’ capacity
• Manage classroom discipline, cleanliness and children/students’ hygiene
• Monitor children/students and provide assistance during playtime
• Manage and assist students during lunch time
• Mentor and supervise the assistant teacher
• Assist the school principal in school development
• Perform other duties assigned by the school principal
• Ensure safety guidelines are met

Requirements:

1. Minimum ‘O’ levels (training provided) 2. Must undergo either Fundamental Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (FCECCE) or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education(DECCE-T) or Diploma in Montessori Teaching(DMT) course 3. Good spoken in English 4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Assist in managing classroom discipline, cleanliness and children/students’ hygiene
• Assist in monitoring children/students during playtime
• Assist in managing students during lunch time
• Perform other duties assigned by the senior teacher

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education / Certificate in preschool Teaching.
• Proficient in the English Language
• Good classroom management and communication skills
• Hardworking and wiling to learn from the senior teachers
• Passion to teach, maintain a positive disposition and patience when handling pre-schoolers
• Singaporean or Singapore PR Only

• Assist in the growth and development of each child
• Provide assistance, close supervision and careful care to infants and toddlers under age 18 months.
• Ensure cleanliness and personal hygiene of the children at all times
• Report any unforeseen incidences immediately to school principal and parents if any
• Perform other duties assigned by the school principal
• Ensure safety guidelines are met

Requirements:

• Certificate in Infant Care and Development or its equivalent with relevant experience in an infant/childcare setting
• Proficient in the English Language
• Confident in handling babies, infants and toddlers under age 18 months
• Good classroom management and communication skills
• Love for infant and young toddlers. Maintain a positive and meticulous disposition, and patience when handling infants and toddlers.

• General cleaning of centre spaces:
• Sweep and mop all classroom and kitchen floors
• Clean and wipe glass doors, shelves, reception area and classroom desks
• Wash the kitchen utensils, cups and dishes if required
• Wash and maintain cleanliness of all toilets
• Clear up all rubbish from the trash bins
• Sanitise all toys and other school learning materials twice a week
• Perform other cleaning duties assigned or required by the school principal
